PR-09-02828-2 TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF Jesse Mora Esquivel, Deceased, are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court No. 2 of Dallas County, Texas at the Renaissance Tower, in the City of Dallas, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, August 17, 2020, to answer the Second Amended Application for Determination of Heirship and Issue Letters of Independent Administration pursuant to Sections 401.003, 401.005, and 401.006 of the Texas Estates Code or alternatively for the Appointment of an Independent Administrator filed by Andrea Esquivel a/k/a Andrea Lorraine Esquivel, on the July 02, 2020, in the matter of the Estate of: Jesse Mora Esquivel, Deceased, No. PR-09-02828-2, and alleging in substance as follows: Applicant alleges that the decedent died on February 01, 2009 in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Jesse Mora Esquivel, Deceased.
