The AMENDED PETITION IN SUIT AFFECTING THE PARENT-CHILD RELATIONSHIP of MARY E. BAKER, Petitioner, was filed in the County Court At Law of Polk County, Texas on the 23RD day of July, 2020 against Holli Beth Vowell, Unknown Father and Matthew Wade Helms, respondent(s) in the above entitled cause and entitled ‘IN THE INTEREST OF B.T.C. and S.R.V.’ The suit requests Conservatorship of the Children as is more fully shown by Petition on file in this suit.
