TO: FREDDY RAMIREZ, the Alleged Father of the subject children, Lesly Citaly Ramirez and Julian Bartolon Cruz-Delgado, and to all whom it may concern, Respondents; GREETINGS: YOU HAVE BEEN SUED. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of twenty days after you were served this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you. YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to appear and answer before the Honorable District Court, 53rd Judicial District, Travis County, Texas, at the Courthouse of said County in Austin, Texas, at or before 10 o'clock a.m. of the Monday next after expiration of twenty days from the date of service of this citation, then and there to answer the Original Petition in Suit Affecting the Parent Child-Relationship-Termination Petition And/or Managing Conservatorship filed in said Court on the 12th day of September, 2019 and the Affidavit of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, Petitioner, filed in said Court on the 12th day of September, 2019, against the Alleged Father, FREDDY RAMIREZ, and said suit being number D-1-FM-19-006187, on the docket of said Court, and entitled "In the Interest of Lesly Citaly Ramirez, Julian Bartolon Cruz-Delgado, Luis Rivas-Delgado, Leticia Marie Rivas-Delgado and Sebastian Rivas Delgado, Children," the nature of which suit is a request to terminate the parent-child relationship and/or name the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services or a suitable, competent adult recommended by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, or an authorized agency recommended by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services as Managing Conservator of the child, whose name, date and place of birth are as follows: Lesly Citaly Ramirez November 28, 2008 Place of Birth: Austin, Travis County, Texas Julian Bartolon Cruz-Delgado July 27, 2009 Place of Birth: Austin, Travis County, Texas The Court has authority in this suit to enter any judgment or decree in the Child's interest, which will be binding upon you, including the termination of the parent-child relationship, the determination of paternity and the appointment of a managing conservator with the authority to consent to the Children's adoption.
