Citation by Publication The State of Texas To all persons interested in the Estate of: Vernell Yepp, Deceased Cause Number P20-024 County Court at Law, Waller County, Texas The alleged heir(s) at law in the above-numbered and entitled estate filed an Application to Determine Heirship in this estate on the 28th day of February, 2020, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of Vernell Yepp, Deceased, and their respective shares and interest in such estate. This Application may be acted on by the Court at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 A.M. on the first Monday following the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, the same being the 20th day of March, 2020.
