TRUDY FAY BARRETT, filed in the County Court of Newton County, Texas on the 27th day of July, 2020 an Application to Determine Heirship of the Estate of TRACY LEE BARRETT, Deceased. Said Application may be heard and acted on by the Court at or after 10:00 AM on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of publication of this citation at the County Courthouse in Newton, Texas. All persons interested in said Estate are hereby cited to appear before said Honorable Court within the required time by filing a written answer with the Clerk of Court contesting such Application should they desire to do so.
