GREETINGS: You are hereby commanded, in this cause, to be published one time, not less than ten days before the return day thereof, exclusive of the date of publication, in a newspaper printed in Taylor County, Texas. this citation. Applicant, Shane Floyd and Jimmy Floyd, filed an Application for Letters of Administration and Application to Determine Heirship on August 11, 2020. This citation is issued at the request of O. Henry (Mike) Young. Said application will be heard and acted on by said Court on or after 10:00 a.m. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, the same being August 24, 2020 at the 1915 Taylor County Courthouse at 301 Oak St., Abilene, Texas, 79602. All persons interested in the estate are hereby cited to appear before said Honorable Court by filing a written answer contesting such application should they desire to do so.
