CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF WOOD TO: ALL THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AND OTHER PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL DEE WILLIAMS, DECEASED, Cause No. 13,730, in County Court in and for Wood County, Texas Damita Jo Williams, applicant in the above numbered and entitled case, filed on the 21st day of July, 2020 in Wood County, an Application for Independent Administration and Letters of Administration Pursuant to Section 401.003 of the Texas Estates Code and on the 22nd day of July an Application to Determine Heirship Within Administration in Wood County. Applicant requests that the Court appoint Damita Jo Williams as Independent Administrator and determine who are the heirs and only heirs of Decedent and their respective shares and interest in this Estate; and that a necessity exists for an Administration of Decedent’s Estate. Said application will be heard at 10:00 a.m. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of publication of this citation, at the County Court in and for Wood County, Texas, Courthouse, One Main Street, Quitman, Texas 75783, Wood County, Texas. All persons interested in said estate are hereby cited to appear before said Honorable Court at, said above mentioned time and place by filing, a written answer contesting such application should they desire to do so. If this citation is not served within 90 days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned, unserved.
