You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of 20 days after you were served this Citation and Petition, a default judgment may be taken against you. The Original Petition for Protection of a Child, for Conservatorship, and in the Alternative, for Termination in Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship was filed in the 108th Judicial District Court of Potter County, Texas, on July 25, 2019, against AMY PENNINGTON AKA AMY SMITH, and ANTONIO RICKS, Respondents. The style of the case is entitled "In the Interest of AALIYAH RICKS, A Child and numbered 093362-E-FM.” The suit requests the appointment of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services as the Permanent Managing Conservator of the children and/or termination of the parent-child relationship.
