To: Diana Bailey and Heirs of C.W. Arnold, Deceased, Defendants in the cause herein described. You and each of you are hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Mitchell County District Court in Mitchell County Courthouse, Colorado City, Mitchell County, Texas at or before 10:00 a.m. on the first Monday after the expiration of forty-two days from the issuance hereof, being at or before 10:00 am on Monday the 2nd day of November, 2020 then and there to answer the Original Petition for Partition of Real Property (Plaintiff in Cause Number 17376 styled Sarah Straley, Susan Young & Joan Engleman vs. Diana Bailey, & Heirs of C.W. Arnold, deceased). The said petition filed on 22nd day of August, 2020, discloses that the nature of said suit is as follows: This suit is brought for the purpose of partitioning real property in Mitchell County, Texas, namely West-160 acres of Section 40, Block 29, T-1-N, Texas & Pacific Ry. Survey, Mitchell County, Texas, which property is more particularly described in Quitclaim Deed from KM Van Zandt, et ux. to J.V. Cockrum and C.W. Arnold, dated November 13, 1925 recorded at Volume 64, Pages 96 of the Deed Records of Mitchell County, Texas.
