Cause No.: 2004-1-72P, In the County Court of Grayson County, Texas Carolyn Shankles Vines 931 Callaway Ct Chattanooga, TN 37421 M&S Wynne Family Limited Partnership, a party interested in this Estate, filed an Application to Promote Conclusion of the Estate for Partition and Distribution of Estate, for Accounting, and for Removal of Executrix and Appointment of Receiver in the ESTATE OF DOUGLAS LEE SHANKLES, DECEASED on July 27, 2020. The court may act on this application at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 a.m., October 05, 2020, which is the first Monday next after the expiration of 10 days from the date of posting this citation, at the Grayson County Courthouse, 100 W. Houston, Sherman, Texas 75090. All persons interested in this case are cited to appear and show cause why the Estate should not be partitioned and distributed before this Honorable Court by filing a written contest or answer to this Application should they desire to do so.
