You are commanded to appear and to answer before the District Court of Houston County, Texas, in the Courthouse, Crockett, Houston County, Texas, at or before 10:00 a.m. on the first Monday after the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance of this citation, being at or before 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 9, 2020, then and there to answer the Plaintiffs’ Second Amended Original Petition filed by Ray L. Sales and wife, Janet E. Sales, Plaintiffs, in Cause No. 19-0144, styled Ray L. Sales and wife, Janet E. Sales vs. Charles Etta Jones, et al, filed on May 4, 2020, which petitions the court for partition of the surface of the real property the subject of this suit, for the declaration of their right to use the real property the subject of this suit free from interference by Defendants and for other relief against Defendants.
