A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows: THE LAWSUIT RESULTS FROM AN AUTOMOBILE COLLISION THAT OCCURRED ON 6/14/18 IN DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS. THE COLLISION AND SUBSEQUENT INJURIES SUFFERED BY DOUGLAS PATTERSON WERE PROXIMATELY CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENT CONDUCT OF RANDALL LEWIS, as is more fully shown by Petitioner's Petition on file in this suit. If this citation is not served within ninety days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
