ESCOBAR A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit: SEE ATTACHED Plaintiff is the owner of the property located at 7517 Hermosillo, El Paso, Texas 79915, legally described as Lot 9, Block 13, HACIENDA HEIGHTS (UNIT TWO), an addition to the City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas, according to the plat thereof on file in Volume 3, Page 50, Plat Records in the Office of the County Clerk of El Paso County, Texas, by adverse possession and the Defendants’ ownership interest in the property is extinguished by operation of law based on the facts stated in Plaintiff’s Original Petition. as per attached and as is more fully shown by First Amended Petition for Declaratory Judgment on file in this suit. The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law and the mandates thereof, and make due return as the law directs.
