THE STATE OF TEXAS CITATION BY PUBLICATION PARENT/CHILD CASE NO. 27426: In the Interest of D.J.M and J.B.M, Children,in the 46th District Court of Wilbarger County, Texas TO: SLOAN DRINKWATER, RESPONDENT NOTICE TO RESPONDENT: "You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney does not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of 20 days after you were served this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you." A Petition to Modify Conservatorship, Possession,and Access and Request for Temporary Orders, Emergency Ex Parte Temporary Orders, and Order Setting Hearing were filed in the 46th Judicial District Court of Wilbarger County, Texas by Petitioner, Diana Henry on August 17,2020, against Respondent, Sloan Drinkwater, numbered 27426 and entitled IN THE INTEREST OF D.J.M. AND J.B.M, CHILDREN. The suit seeks modification of the parent/child relationship. D.J.M was born in Wichita Falls on September 6,2007, and J.B.M was born in Wichita Falls, Texas, on February 24, 2010. A Motion and Order Extending Ex Parte Temporary Orders were filed by Petitioner, Diana Henry in the same cause on August 31,2020. A Second Motion and Order Extending Emergency Ex Parte Temporary Orders were filed by Petitioner, Diana Henry in the same cause on September 9, 2020. A Third Motion and Order Extending Emergency Ex Parte Temporary Orders were filed by Petitioner, Diana Henry in the same cause on September 24, 2020. The Court will hold a hearing on temporary orders in Vernon, Texas on November 10,2020 at 9:00 A.M. You are to appear at the time and place as above stated, showing cause, if any, why the requested relief should not be granted. The Court has the authority in this suit render an order in the children's interest that will be binding on you, including the terminationlof the parent-child relationship, the determination of paternity, and the appointment of a conservator with authority to consent to the children's adoption.
