You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of forty two days after you were served this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you.” TO: Unknown Heirs of Iva Flener, Deceased , Greetings: You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff’s petition at or before 10:00 o’clock a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance of this citation, the same being Monday the 23rd day of November, 2020 at or before 10 o’clock a.m., before the 199th District Court of Collin County, at the Courthouse in McKinney, Texas. Said Plaintiff’s Petition was filed on the 8th day of October, 2020 in this case, numbered 199-05223-2020 on the docket of said court, and styled: Pedro Rosales and Maria Dolores Sanchez-Flores vs. Unknown Heirs of Iva Flener, Deceased. The names of the parties to the cause are as follows: Pedro Rosales, Maria Dolores Sanchez-Flores are Plaintiffs and Unknown Heirs of Iva Flener, Deceased are Defendants. A brief statement of the nature of the suit is as follows, to-wit; You are hereby notified that suit has been brought to adverse possess real property by Plaintiffs, Pedro Rosales and Maria Dolores Sanchez-Flores, by and through their attorney of record, Yolanda Castro-Dominguez, of the Law Office of Yolanda Castro-Dominguez, 109 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving, Texas 75061, against Defendants, the Unknown Heirs of Iva Flener, Deceased, and any other person claiming any right, title, and interest in the property located at Road 923, Nevada, Texas 75173, legally described as: The North one-half (1/2) of Lot 218, LAND-O-LAKES ADDITION, an addition to the City of Nevada, Collin County, Texas, according to the Map or Plat thereof recorded in Volume 3, Page 78, Map Records, Collin County, Texas.” as is more fully shown by Plaintiff's Petition on file in this suit.
