GREETINGS: YOU (AND EACH OF YOU) ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to appear before the Probate Court of El Paso County, Texas, at the Courthouse thereof, by filing a written answer at or before 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from the date of the issuance of this citation, same being the 2nd day of November, 2020 to Petition filed in said Court on the 9th day of October, 2020 in Cause No. 2020-CPR01366 on the docket of said court and styled In The Estate of Marcela I. Vega ,Deceased A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: Application for Independent Administration and Application to Determine Heirship If this citation is not served within ten days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
