Monday, the 30TH day of NOVEMBER 2020, being the Monday next after the expiration date of forty-two days after this citation is issued, and you are hereby commanded and required then and there to appear and file written answer to the Plaintiffs Original Petition Jury Demand Rule 193.7 Notice and Request for Disclosure, filed in said Court on the 13th day of July 2020, in a suit numbered 2020-41342 docket of said court, wherein the Plaintiff, SANCHEZ, RIGOBERTO and the Defendant(s), ESPINOZA RAMIREZ, BRANDON the nature of plaintiff’s demand and the said petition alleging: Motor Vehicle Accident This suit is seeking damages for personal injuries suffered by Plaintiff when he was involved in a motor vehicle accident on September 6, 2019. Plaintiff, Rigoberto Sanchez, was the driver of a 2000 Ford F-150 traveling southbound on Aldine Westfield Road. Brandon Espinoza was the driver of a 2014 Ford Explorer traveling westbound on Peyton Road. As Mr. Espinoza attempted to turn southbound onto Aldine Westfield Road, he failed to yield the right of way and T-boned the driver side of Mr. Sanchez's vehicle. As a result of the collision, Plaintiff suffered both property damage and bodily injuries for which he now seeks redress. Notice hereof shall be given by publishing this Citation once a week for four consecutive weeks previous to the day of NOVEMBER 30th, 2020, in some newspaper published in the County of Harris, if there be a newspaper published therein, but if not, then the nearest county where a newspaper is published, and this Citation shall be returned on the 27th day of NOVEMBER 2020, which is forty two days after the date it is issued, and the first publication shall be at least twenty-eight days before said return day. HEREIN FAIL NOT, but have before said court on said return day this Writ with your return thereon, showing how you have executed same.
