THE STATE OF TEXAS- To all known heirs of JAMES HILL MCDANIEL., Deceased- Cause No. 2020PCA0335, Probate Court Number 1, Comal County, Texas- STEVEN MATTHEW MCDANIEL filed an Application to Determination of Heirship and Issuance of Letters of Independent Administration in the above-numbered and –entitled estate on August 24, 2020, requesting the Court to determine who the heirs and heirs of JAMES HILL MCDANIEL , Deceased and respective shares and interest in such estate. - All persons interested in said estate are hereby cited to appear by filing a written answer contesting the petition should they desire to do so. The court may act on this application at any time at the Comal County Courthouse, 199 Main Plaza Ste.1013, New Braunfels, TX 78130, on the first Monday after 10:00 A.M. on the Monday next following the expiration of ten days from the publication date of this citation. Therefore, to ensure consideration, any contest, answer, or other response must be filed with the Comal County Clerk in cause number 2020PCA0335 styled STEVEN MATTHEW MCDANIEL on or before the above-noted date and time.
