PR-19-03539-2 TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF Helen Permenter Mcmillan a/k/a Helen P. McMillan and Helen McMillan a/k/a Juanita Helen McMillan, Deceased, are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court No. 2 of Dallas County, Texas at the Renaissance Tower, in the City of Dallas, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, November 02, 2020, to answer the Second Amended Application For Administration And Declaration Of Heirship (After Four Years) filed by Floyd Allen Upchurch and Gary S. Gardner, on the September 23, 2020, in the matter of the Estate of: Helen Permenter Mcmillan a/k/a Helen P. McMillan and Helen McMillan a/k/a Juanita Helen McMillan, Deceased, No. PR-19-03539-2, and alleging in substance as follows: Applicant alleges that the decedent died on January 03, 2012 in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Helen Permenter Mcmillan a/k/a Helen P. McMillan and Helen McMillan a/k/a Juanita Helen McMillan, Deceased. The testator’s property will pass to the testator’s heirs if the will is not admitted to probate; and the person offering the testator’s will for probate may not be in default for failing to present the will for probate during the four-year period immediately following the testator’s death.
