THIS PROPERTY IS LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 10 AND THE SOUTH 90 FEET OF LOT 11 AND THE SOUTH 90 FEET OF THE EAST 1 FOOT OF LOT 12, BLOCK 24, BRENTWOOD HEIGHTS ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF EL PASO, EL PASO COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 5, PAGE 56, PLAT RECORDS OF EL PASO COUNTY, TEXAS. as per attached and as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Original Petition on file in this suit.
