CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS TO: CHARMAINE LINEE MOSBY NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: "You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of 20 days after you were served this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you." The petition of Kenny Annette Vanterpool and Glenford Vanterpool, petitioners, was filed in the Court of Colorado, Texas, on the 10th day of September, 2020, against Charmaine Linee Mosby, Respondent, Numbered 25690 and entitled IN THE INTEREST OF T.L.W., C.A.M., AND N.M., CHILDREN the suit requests (termination of the parent-child relationship). The date and place of birth of the children who are subject of the suit: T.L.W., Columbus, Texas ,4/21/2009, C.A.M., Houston, Texas, 10/02/2017, N.M., New Orleans, Louisiana, 8/14/2019. The Court has authority in this suit to render an order in the children’s interest that will be binding on you, including the termination of the parent-child relationship, the determination of paternity, and the appointment of a conservator with authority to consent to the children’s adoption. The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the according to requirements of law, and the mandates thereof, and make due return as the law directs.
