PR-20-03102-2 TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF Juan Jose Urbina, Deceased, are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court No. 2 of Dallas County, Texas at the Renaissance Tower, in the City of Dallas, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, November 02, 2020, to answer the Application for Determination of Heirship and Order of No Administration filed by Hortencia Betancourt, on the September 25, 2020, in the matter of the Estate of: Juan Jose Urbina, Deceased, No. PR-20-03102-2, and alleging in substance as follows: Applicant alleges that the decedent died on April 25, 2019 in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Juan Jose Urbina, Deceased.
