PR-20-03122-1 TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF Dewey Brent Scoggins, Deceased, are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court of Dallas County, Texas at the Renaissance Tower, in the City of Dallas, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, November 09, 2020, to answer the Application for Declaration of Heirship filed by Prentice Alan Scoggins, on the September 29, 2020, in the matter of the Estate of: Dewey Brent Scoggins, Deceased, No. PR-20-03122-1, and alleging in substance as follows: Applicant alleges that the decedent died on August 29, 2020 in Irving, Dallas County, Texas, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Dewey Brent Scoggins, Deceased.
