TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF SUE WHEELER SOAPE, Deceased, Docket No. 20-090P LISA JONES, filed in the County Court, of Rusk County, Texas on the 7th day of July, 2020, Application to Determine Heirship and Declare who are the Heirs and the only Heirs of the said Sue Wheeler Soape, Deceased, and their respective shares and interests in the estate. Said application will be heard and acted on by said Court at 10 o’clock A.M. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from the date of publication of this citation, at the County Courthouse in Henderson, Texas. All unknown heirs and any other persons interested in this estate are cited to appear before this Court by filing a written contest or answer to this application if they want to do so. The Court may act on this application after 10:00 a.m. on the first Monday after the expiration of ten days from the publication date of this citation. Therefore, to ensure consideration, any contest, answer, or other response must be filed with the Rusk County Clerk’s Office on or before the above-noted date and time.
