State of Texas To: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF JULIE KAY GREEN, DECEASED DEFENDANTS IN THE CAUSE DESCRIBED IN THIS CITATION You, and each of you, are commanded to appear and to answer before the 220TH Judicial District Court in Bosque County Courthouse in Meridian, Bosque County, Texas, at or before 10:00 a.m. on the first Monday after the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance of this citation, being at or before 10:00 a.m. on Monday, the 7th day of DECEMBER, 2020 then and there to answer the petition of STEFANIE COBB in cause number CV20-270, styled STEFANIE COBB vs DAVID R. SORLEY,LISA ANN GUINN, AND THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF JULIE KAY GREEN, DECEASED ,Defendants. DOCKERY, DEED RECORDED IN VOLUMNE 304, PAGE 271, BOSQUE COUNTY DEED RECORDS. SAID 1.436 ACRES TRACT BEING DESCRIBED IN THE BOSQUE COUNTY TAX RECORDS AS BEING LOT 1, BLOCK “P” IN THE UNPLATTED PORTION A161A370A718 OF THE TOWN OF CRANFILLS GAP, BOSQUE COUNTY, TEXAS. SAID 1.437 ACRES TRACT BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A 3/8 INCH IRON STAKE FOUND IN THE EAST LINE OF S. 4TH STREET AND TAKEN TO BE AT THE S.W. CORNER OF SAID 1.436 ACRE TRACT FOR THE S.W. CORNER OF THIS; THENCE N 30 W 208.00 FT WITH THE E. LINE OF S. 4TH STREET TO A 3/8 INCH IRON STAKE SET AT A POINT TAKEN TO BE AT THE S.W. CORNER OF BLOCK 39 OF THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF CRANFILLS GAP, BOSQUE COUNTY, TEXAS ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEROF RECORDED IN VOLUME 67, PAGE 93, OF THE BOSQUE COUNTY DEED RECORDS, SAID POINT BEING ALSO AT THE S.W.CORNER OF THE CRANFILLS GAP CITY PARK, AND BEING ALSO AT THE N.W. CORNER OF SAID 1.436 ACRE TRACT FOR THE N.W.CORNER OF THIS: THENCE N 60 E 300.00 FT WITHT THE N. LINE OF SAID 1.436 ACRE TRACT, BEING ALSO THE S. LINE OF SAID PARK TO A 3/8 INCH IRON STAKE SET FOR THE N.E. CORNER OF THIS; THENCE S. 30 30’28” E 208.00 FEET GENERALLY ALONG AN OLD FENCE LINE TO A 3/8 INCH IRON STAKE SET AT AN OLD CORNER POST TAKEN TO BE AT THE S.E.
