Cause #:270—2020CC THE STATE OF TEXAS TO: All heirs DIANE LANE, Deceased whose name and/or whereabouts are unknown, and any heirs who have a legal disability: There is presently pending in the County Court of Henderson County, Texas, in Cause No. 270—2020CC and IN THE ESTATE OF DIANE LANE DECEASED an Application to Determine Heirship filed by LINDA CARROL LANE BLAKELY Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge of County Court of Henderson County, in Athens, Texas, on or before 10:00 cm. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the Application of LINDA CARROL LANE BLAKELY, to declare Heirship in such cause. All persons interested in this case are cited to appear before this Honorable Court by filing a written contest or answer to this Application should they desire to do so. To ensure its consideration, you or your attorney must file any objection, interview, or response in writing with the County Clerk of Henderson County, Texas on or before the above-noted date and time.
