Greetings… You are hereby commanded to summon Webster Jerome Brown, father of Adelynn Amaka Brown, Minor whose residence and whereabouts are unknown to the plaintiff, Gabrielle T. Egbe, by making publication of this citation once each week for four consecutive weeks, the first publication to be at least twenty-eight (28) days before the return date of the citation, the same being Monday, November 23, 2020, in a newspaper printed in Harris County, Texas. You are hereby commanded to appear and answer plaintiffs’ petitions and cross-claims by filing a written contest or answer on or before 10:00 o’clock a.m. of the first Monday after 42 days from the date of issuance, the same being Monday December 07, 2020, at the next regular term of the Probate Court No. County Probate Court No. 2, , Houston, Harris County, Texas, or by mailing to P.O. Box 1525, Houston, Texas 77251-1525, after service has been perfected, to be holden in the courthouse thereof, in Houston, Texas, then and there to answer a petition filed in said court on May 19, 2020, in a probate action now pending in said court in the above numbered and styled estate on the probate docket of said court, wherein Gabrielle T. Egbe, is the plaintiff and Webster Jerome Brown, father of Adelynn Amaka Brown, Minor, is the defendant; said petition containing allegations as is shown in the attached copy of said petition. NOTICE: “You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of 42 days from the issuance hereof, a default judgment may be taken against you” Herein fail not, but have you before said court, at the time aforesaid, this writ your return thereon, showing how you have executed the same.
