THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF LAMPASAS TO ANY SHERIFF OR ANY CONSTABLE WITHIN THE STATE OF TEXAS – GREETING: You are commanded to cause to be published ONCE, and said publication shall not be less than ten days before the return day hereof, in some newspaper published in Lampasas County, the following notice: THE STATE OF TEXAS To all persons interested IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD EARL BIGGARS, JR., DECEASED and to the Heirs of RICHARD EARL BIGGARS, JR., DECEASED, whose names/and or whereabouts are unknown and Heirs who have a legal disability. SUSAN M. BIGGARS, filed an application in the County Court of Lampasas County on the 19th day of OCTOBER, 2020, for INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION AND TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP. The Style of the case is IN THE ESTATE OF RICHARD EARL BIGGARS, JR., DECEASED. The file number is 7167 on the Probate Docket of said Court. All persons interested in THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD EARL BIGGARS, JR., DECEASED ARE CITED TO APPEAR on the first Monday after the completion of such Publication, which is the 16th day of NOVEMBER, 2020, before the said County Court, at the Courthouse in Lampasas, Texas, to contest said application if they see proper to do so, by filing their written objections thereto at or before 10 o’clock A.M. of said day.
