TO: BOBBY MCCLAIN, THE ESTATE OF BARNEY CARNES, DECEASED, THE ESTATE OF DELNA ROSE WAGNER CARNES, DECEASED, THE STATE OF BARBARA WELLS, DECEASED, DELORIS ROACH AND BOBBY MCCLAIN, GREETING: You are commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff’s Original Petition at or before 10 o'clock a.m. of the first Monday next after the expiration of forty-two (42) days from the date of issuance of this citation thereof, the same being Monday the 14th day of December, 2020, before the Honorable 377th Judicial District Court of Victoria County, Texas, at the Courthouse of said County in Victoria, Texas. THE ESTATE OF BARNEY BURDELL CARNES, DECEASED, THE ESTATE OF DELNA ROSE WAGNER CARNES, DECEASED, THE ESTATE OF BARBARA WELLS, DECEASED, DELORIS ROACH AND BOBBY MCCLAIN The names of parties to the cause are as follows: Alice Rivera, Plaintiff and Deloris Roach; Bobby Mcclain, Defendant A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: A declaration that the Plaintiffs have acquired the property by adverse possession and that the deed be reformed; and that Plaintiffs are the proper successor and assign of the previous entity, as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Original Petition on file in this suit. The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates thereof, and make due return as the law directs.
