BRADFORD, JR., GEORGIA KIRK, CHERYL TAYLOR JACKSON, AND RITA JONES KINDRED; THE STATE OF TEXAS; CITATION BY PUBLICATION TO: GEORGIA KIRK, Defendant- GREETING NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: "You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 am on the Monday next following the expiration of 42 days after the date this citation was issued, a default judgment may be taken against you." You are hereby commanded to appear before the Honorable 77th District Court of Limestone County, Texas to be held at the Courthouse in said County in the City of Groesbeck, Texas, by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff's Original Petition at or before 10 o'clock A.M. on the Monday next after the expiration of 42 days after the date of issuance of this citation, the same being Monday, 14th day of December, 2020. Said Plaintiff’s Original Petition, numbered 31891-A, styled GULLEDGE AND SONS, LLC VS. JOHN E. BRADFORD, JR., GEORGIA KIRK, CHERYL TAYLOR JACKSON, AND RITA JONES KINDRED was filed is said court on 12th day of February, 2020. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: Pursuant To Texas Civil Practice And Remedies Code Section 37.001, Plaintiff Seeks A Declaratory Judgment From The Court Decreeing That Plaintiff Has An Implied Easement By Necessity Across Defendants' Property To LCR 152, For The Purpose Of Ingress And Egress To Plaintiff's Property. Plaintiff Seeks a permanent injunction prohibiting Defendants and their successors from taking any action to interfere with, prohibit, or otherwise impede Plaintiff’s right to utilize the Easement Area for ingress and egress to Plaintiff’s Property, and is more fully shown by Plaintiff's Original Petition on file in this suit.
