DC-D202000473 IN THE MATTER OF THE MARRIAGE OF MILLICENT DEMETRIAS EDWARD AND KENNETH LAMONT HOWARD AND IN THE INTEREST OF TIFFANY MILAN HOWARD, A CHILD TO: KENNETH LAMONT HOWARD, Respondent(s), "You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. The petition of MILLICENT DEMETRIAS EDWARDS, Petitioner, was filed in the afore-referenced cause, on the 19TH DAY OF MAY, 2020, in the 413TH DISTRICT COURT of Johnson County, Texas. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: I ASK THE COURT TO GRANT MY DIVORCE. I ALSO ASK THE COURT TO MAKE THE OTHER ORDERS I HAVE ASKED FOR IN THIS PETITION AND ANY OTHER ORDERS TO WHICH I AM ENTITLED as is more fully shown by the petition on file in this suit.
