ROSS; and THE SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE TRUST U/W/O JOSIE ALLISON, (hereinafter referred to as "Defendants") in which SCOTT WALLACE and JULIA WALLACE are Plaintiffs and the parties named herein are Defendants, which Petition was filed in said Court on the 28th day of September, 2020, the nature of which suit is as follows: Plaintiffs seek to confirm their real title to property located in Andrews County, Texas, to wit: 4.085 acres, more or less, in the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the North Half (NW/4 SW/4 N/2) of Section 5, Block A-44, Public School Lands Survey, Abstract No. 1341, Andrews County, Texas.
