All persons interested in this case are cited to appear before this Honorable Court by filing a written answer or contest with the Clerk of the Court for Probate Court No. 1 of Tarrant County, Texas at the Courthouse located at 100 W. Weatherford, 2nd floor, Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, on July 27, 2020, which is the first Monday after the expiration of Ten (10) days from the date of publication, then and there to answer said Application For Letters Of Independent Administration Pursuant to Section 401.003 Of The Texas Estate Code And For Determination of Heirship of Richard Alvin Shaw filed on July 24, 2020 and show cause why this Court should not render a determination of heirs and only heirs in the estate of MARY ANN SHAW FKA MARIANNE FERGUSON FKA MARIANNE PLAIA, DECEASED. Petitioner alleges that the decedent died in Azle, Texas on November 21, 2017 and prays the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs and only heirs of MARY ANN SHAW FKA MARIANNE FERGUSON FKA MARIANNE PLAIA, DECEASED.
