TO: Javarsity Parker Fletcher, Respondent(s) Notice to Respondent: “You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of 20 days after you were served this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you.” The petition of AMBER LYNN STINE; Petitioner, was filed in the 326th Court of Taylor County, Texas on September 9, 2020 against JAVARSITY PARKER FLETCHER numbered 42649-C and entitled : “IN THE INTEREST OF J.R.P. AND A.M.P. CHILDREN The suit is brought by Amber Lynn Stine, Petitioner. The Petitioner is the mother of the children subject of this suit. The Respondents are Cassandra Phipps and Javarsity Parker Fletcher. The order to be modified is in the best interest of the children subject to this suit. Petitioner request that she be appointed sole managing conservator of the children with exclusive right to designate the primary residence. Alternatively the Petitioner and Respondent Cassandra Phipps be appointed joint managing conservators with Petitioner have the exclusive right to designate the primary residence of the children. The Petitioner request the Court after notice of hearing, to make temporary orders for the safety and welfare of the children. The Petitioner request the Court to order respondent Javaristy Fletcher Parker, to provide support for the children. Petitioner request the court to order that Ray Fletcher not be allowed around the children at any time or any place. Petitioner prays for general relief.
