CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS TO: Heirs, unascertained heirs and unknown heirs of TRACY LEE MOSHER, Deceased and to all other persons interested in the Estate of TRACY LEE MOSHER, Deceased. On the 13th day of July, 2020, Amber Picasso, Applicant filed an APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP AND FOR LETTERS OF INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION in a proceeding styled the Estate of TRACY LEE MOSHE& Deceased and bearing the cause number 12121 nthe County Court of Eastland County, Texas. The Court will hear the aforesaid APPLICATION TO DETERMINE IIEIRSHIP AND FOR LETTERS OF INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION at 10:00 A.M. on the first Monday after the expiration of 10 days, exclusive ofthe day ofpublication, from the date this citation is published, in the County Courtroom of Eastland County in Eastland Texas. All persons interested in the aforesaid estate are commanded to appear at or before the time set for said hearing by frling a written contest to or answer to said APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP AND FOR LETTERS OF INDEPENDENT ADMIMSTRATION should they desire to oppose or contest it. Said written contest or answer shall be filed in the office of the County Clerk of Eastland County, Texas in Eastland, Texas. The officer serving this citation shall, in compliance with the law, serve it by publication once in a newspaper of general circulation in this, the county in which such proceedings is pending, for not less than ten days before the return day hereof, exclusive ofthe day ofpublication and the date ofpublication said newspaper bears shall be the day ofpublication.
