MULBERRY St. COUNTY CLERK KAUFMAN, TEXAS 75142 (469) 376-4738 CITATION BY PUBLICATION Cause No. 20P-225-2 ALL HEIRS WHOSE NAMES AND/0R WHEREABOUTS ARE UNKNOWN OF Lowell Neal Washington To be and appear before the honorable Judge Bobby Rich in County Court at Law 2 of Kaufman County, Texas to be holden in and for the County of Kaufman, at the Court House thereof, in the city of Kaufman, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, said returnable date being new here fixed as Monday, the 30th day of November, 2020, then and there to answer to the petition of Stasiuanna Washington, filed in said Court on the 10th day of November, 2020 in the matter of the Estate of: Lowell Neal Washington No. 20P-225-2, on the Probate Docket of said court, and alleging in substance as follows, to-wit: Applicant, Stasiuanna Washington files this Application to Declare Heirship and shows the court the following: Decedent, Lowell Neal Washington, died intestate on 12th day of September, 2020, at the age of 48 years in Dallas, Texas. Decedent's known heirs are Stasiuanna Washington; Kameron Washington and Dominic Washington. Decedent owned personal property at an undetermined amount. Applicant prays that citation issue as required by law; that an attorney ad litem be appointed to represent the interests of unknown heirs; that upon hearing hereof, this Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of Decedent and their respective shares and interests in this Estate; and that a necessity exists for an administration of Decedent’s Estate. HEREIN FAIL NOT, but have you then and there before said Court this writ, with your return thereon, showing how you have executed the same.
