TO: All heirs JIM ERL MAX WESTBROOK, Deceased whose name and/or whereabouts are unknown, and any heirs who have a legal disability: There is presently pending in the County Court at Law 2 of Henderson County, Texas, in Cause No. 305-2020CCL2 and IN THE ESTATE OF JIM ERL MAX WESTBROOK DECEASED an Application to Determine Heirship filed by PATRICIA WESTBROOK Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge of County Court at Law 2 of Henderson County, in Athens, Texas, on or before 10:00 am. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the Application of PATRICIA WESTBROOK, to declare Heirship in such cause. All persons interested in this case are cited to appear before this Honorable Court by filing a written contest or answer to this Application should they desire to do so. To ensure its consideration, you or your attorney must file any objection, interview, or response in writing with the County Clerk of Henderson County, Texas on or before the above-noted date and time. If the Citation is not served within ninety (90) days after the date of its Issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
