Plaintiff, Loretta Davies, brings suit invoking the Texas Uniform Declaratory Judgments Act, Chapter 37 of the Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code seeking a declaratory judgment determining title to real property by adverse possession pursuant to §§l60.025, 16.026, and 16.030 of the Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code. Plaintiff complains of Defendants, All Unknown Heirs of Albert L. Garner, Deceased and All Persons Claiming any Title or Interest in Land Under a Deed heretofore given to Albert L. Gamer, Deceased, at 239 Albert St., San Antonio, Texas 78207 which has a legal description of Lot 25, Block 5, NCB 2108 In the City of San Antonio, County of Bexar, Texas.
