To Manuel Dombreros, Respondent, STATE OF TEXAS You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do (does) not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of 20 days after you were served this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you. The petition of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, Petitioner, was filed in the Court of Lamb County, Texas, on the 14th day of April, 2020, against Manuel Dombreros, Respondent, numbered DCV20341-20, and entitled ‘In the interest of Santiago Ramirez, Yereli Ramirez and Zethan Ramirez, children.’ The suit requests termination of the parent-child relationship. The date and place of birth of the children who are the subject of the suit: Zethan Ramirez, (Born August 20, 2013 in Amarillo, TX), Yereli Ramirez, (Born January 18, 2012 in Amarillo, TX) and Santiago Ramirez, (Born January 14, 2009 in Amarillo, TX)The court has authority in this suit to render an order in the children’s interest that will be binding on you, including the termination of the parent-child relationship, the determination of paternity, and the appointment of a conservator with authority to consent to the children’s adoption.
