The Original Petition for Protection of a Child of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, Petitioner, was filed in the 318th Judicial District Court in Midland County, Texas, on June 28, 2019, against Cyntell Pringler Miller AKA Cyntell Pringler, Respondent, numbered FM 66,417 and entitled "In the Interest of Cashius Keiyon Menefee Miller, a Child." The suit requests Order for Protection of a Child, for Conservatorship and for Termination of the Parent- Child Relationship. The Court has authority in this suit to render an order in the child's interest that will be binding upon you, including the termination of the parent-child relationship, the determination of paternity, and the appointment of a conservator with authority to consent to the child's adoption.
