PR-20-00224-1 To ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF Nelson Lockett, Jr., Deceased, are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court of Dallas County, Texas at the Renaissance Tower, in the City of Dallas, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, August 10, 2020, to answer the Second Amended Combined Application to Determine Heirship and Application for Independent Administration of Intestate Estate by Agreement and Letters of Independent Administration filed by Anthony Runnels, on the June 26, 2020, in the matter of the Estate of: Nelson Lockett, Jr., Deceased, No. PR-20-00224-1, and alleging in substance as follows: Applicant alleges that the decedent died on July 30, 2019 in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Nelson Lockett, Jr., Deceased.
