TO: The Unknown Heirs of Thomas Lee Stutzman, Deceased There is presently pending in the County Court at Law No. 1 of Nueces County, Texas in Cause No. 2021-PR-00025-1¬ an Application for Letters of Independent Administration and Determination of Heirship Pursuant to Texas Estate Code Section 202.052 filed by Brett Earl Christenson, applicant. Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge Robert J. Vargas, in County Court at Law No. 1 of Nueces County, Texas on or before 10:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of issuance of this Citation, which is the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the application of Brett Earl Christenson which joins as parties, all heirs of Thomas Lee Stutzman, Deceased. If this citation is not served within ninety (90) days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
