CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS To any Sheriff or any Constable within the State of Texas - - Greeting: You are hereby commanded to cause to be published, ONCE, not less than ten days before the return day thereof, exclusive of the date of publication, in a newspaper printed in Randall County, Texas, the accompanying citation, of which the herein below following is a true copy. ****************************************************************************** CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF RAFAEL SIERRA LOPEZ, Jr., Deceased, Probate #2021-023-P, County Court of Randall County, Texas YOLANDA LOPEZ, Applicant in the above numbered and entitled estate filed an Application to Determine Heirship and Declare who are the Heirs and the Unknown Heirs of the said RAFAEL SIERRA LOPEZ, Jr., Deceased, and their respective shares and interests in this estate. The Court may act on this application at any time on or after 10:00 A.M. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from the date of publication of this citation, at the Randall County Justice Center, 2309 Russell Long Blvd., Suite 115, Canyon, Texas, 79015.
