STANLEY FULLER (IN REM ONLY), PAMELA ROGERS (IN REM ONLY), JOHN CHARLES PHILLIPS (IN REM ONLY), ANETHIA FARMER (IN REM ONLY) AND THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF CHARLES FULLER, DECEASED (IN REM ONLY) DEFENDANTS A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit: WHEREFORE, PLAINTIFF REQUESTS THAT STANLEY FULLER, PAMELA ROGERS, JOHN CHARLES PHILLIPS, ANETHIA FARMER, AND THE UNKNOWN HEIRS BE CITED TO APPEAR AND ANSWER, AND THAT ON FINAL TRIAL, THE COURT DETERMINE AND DECLARE THAT THE INTEREST OWNED BY THE HEIRS-AT-LAW OF CHARLES FULLER, DECEASED BE FORECLOSED UPON, AND THAT PLAINTIFF BE AWARDED A PERSONAL JUDGMENT (INCLUDING IN REM RELIEF) AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CHARLES FULLER, AND AN IN REM JUDGMENT AGAINST STANLEY FULLER, PAMELA ROGERS, JOHN CHARLES PHILLIPS, ANETHIA FARMER, AND THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AS FOLLOWS:A. THE TOTAL UNPAID PRINCIPAL, INTEREST, AND LATE FEES BALANCE DUE TO PLAINTIFF IN THE SUM OF $35,547.15, WITH PREJUDGMENT INTEREST AT THE RATE OF $8.32621 PER DAY FROM OCTOBER 6, 2020 UNTIL JUDGMENT; B. REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES AS STATED ABOVE; C. POST-JUDGMENT INTEREST AND COURT COSTS AS PROVIDED BY LAW; D. ESTABLISHMENT AND FORECLOSURE OF THE DEED OF TRUST LIEN AGAINST THE PROPERTY, AND FOR ORDER OF SALE AGAINST THE PROPERTY; E.
