Plaintiff’s Third Amended Original Petition, Request for Declaratory Relief, and Application for Appointment of Trustee filed by Annabelle Henry in her individual capacity and as Assignee as Plaintiff January 4, 2021, against the heirs of Oscar Arthur Weber, Deceased, known and unknown, as defendants in the 36‘“ Judicial District Court of Aransas County, Texas, 111 Cause No. A-18-0102-CV-A. This lawsuit is an action to determine heirship and for partition.
