DEBRA PALMER filed an APPLICATION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP in the above-numbered and -entitled estate on January 14, 2021, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of JOHN DEAN PALMER, DECEASED, and their respective shares and interests in such estate. All unknown heirs and any other persons interested in this estate are cited to appear before this Court by filing a written contest or answer to this application if they want to do so. The Court may act on this application at any time at the Ector County Courthouse, 300 N. Grant Avenue, Room 111, Odessa, Texas 79761, on or after 10:00 a.m. on the first Monday after the expiration of ten days from the publication date of this citation.
