COLLINS AND WENDY COLLINS VS TERRY AGNES WEESNER AND TIMOTHY JOE WEESNER A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit: WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Lender seeks entry of a final judgment as follows: 1. A declaration that Lender's statutory lien against the Property per the Security Instrument be enforced by non-judicial foreclosure, and that through foreclosure all defendants be divested of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Property; 2. A declaration that Lender's Vendor's Lien against the Property is rescinded and all defendants be divested and Lender be vested with all rights, title, and interest in and to the Property; and 3. A declaration that Lender is awarded the cost of attorney fees and costs of suit; and 4. Lender seeks such other and further relief to which they may show themselves to be justly entitled, either at law or in equity. as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Original Petition on file in this suit. The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to the requirements of law, and the mandates thereof, and make due return as the law directs.
