TO: The Unknown Heirs of Anna Karolina Hagler, Deceased There is presently pending in the County Court at Law No. 1 of Nueces County, Texas in Cause No. 2021 -PR-OO117-1 an Application for Letters of Independent Administration under Estates Code Section 401.003 and for Determination of Heirship Pursuant to Texas Estate Code Section 202.052 filed by Frank Hagler, applicant. Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge Robert J. Vargas, in County Court at Law No. 1 of Nueces County, Texas on or before 10:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration often (10) days from the date of issuance of this Citation, which is the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the application of Frank Hagler which joins as parties, all heirs of Anna Karolina Hagler, Deceased. If this citation is not served within ninety (90) days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
