PR-20-01916-1 TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF Lemondo Simmons, Deceased, are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court of Dallas County, Texas at the Renaissance Tower, in the City of Dallas, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, August 10, 2020, to answer the Application To Determine And Declare Heirship filed by Elizabeth Williams, on the June 23, 2020, in the matter of the Estate of: Lemondo Simmons, Deceased, No. PR-20-01916-1, and alleging in substance as follows: Applicant alleges that the decedent died on May 31, 2019 in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Lemondo Simmons, Deceased.
