PR-19-04088-1 TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF Francisco Javier Martinez, Deceased, are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court of Dallas County, Texas at the Renaissance Tower, in the City of Dallas, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, August 10, 2020, to answer the Application to Determine Heirship filed by Cara A. Featherstone, on the June 25, 2020, in the matter of the Estate of: Francisco Javier Martinez, Deceased, No. PR-19-04088-1, and alleging in substance as follows: Applicant alleges that the decedent died on May 12, 2019 in Playa Bagdad, CP. D, Heroica Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Francisco Javier Martinez, Deceased.
